Carter Benwall

The forecast said a perfect day, but the dark clouds suddenly appeared, and the sea turned fierce, and Aubrey’s rowboat sank. The thirteen-year-old should have died that day.  He and his sister should have drowned three miles out at sea in that furius storm.  What was that luminous thing that hurtled them at rocket speed back to the beach?  A freak wave oscillating with the moon’s reflection? Or something else? Aubrey is determined to find out.
